Morning run

Dogs are incredibly useful out in the bush, both as expert trackers and also companions for the field rangers. Here, Gabriel from the Limpopo Canine Unit is getting them out for a morning run. Jungle and Nkonzo are doberman/bloodhound crossbreeds. The combination of the territorial nature and alertness of the Doberman and the keen senses and excellent nature of the Bloodhound makes an excellent dog for anti-poaching operations.
