Lake Kazuni lies in the Vwaza Marsh Wildlife Reserve in Malawi, a place famous for its hippo. Hippo are large, water-loving animals that spend most of their time submerged in order to keep their skin cool and moist. Considered amphibious animals, they spend up to 16 hours per day in the water.
