Hunter the Dog

All round good dog

Hunter is a key member of the team in Limpopo National Park. Rescued as a pup, Hunter was raised at FOB (Forward Operating Base) camp in the park. Unable to work as a tracker dog however, he is nevertheless now an essential part of the team. Not only does he deter some of the wildlife that ventures into cape, but he is also great company for the rangers, always ready with a wagging tail and a welcome. When not on duty, he is known for long naps and can often be found snoozing in a sunny spot.
