Madam Cynthia, the headmistress of Nakawi Community School in Simalaha, shows her appreciation for the Groasis Water Boxxes® that have been donated by the COmON Foundation. These are now enabling the school children to grow all kinds of fruits and vegetables. The beauty of this is that it uses only around 10% of the water usually required in drip irrigation. The box itself can be used up to 10 times and it is biodegradable. And, not only do the pupils learn about growing crops, they also benefit nutritionally from any produce.
