The Limpopo National Park in Mozambique is a huge stretch of wilderness terrain bordered by the Limpopo and Olifants rivers. Forming part of the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park its landscape is characterised by sandveld, mixed bushveld and dense riverine woodlands. One of the highlights, and Werner’s favourite, is the dramatic Shingwedzi River Valley and its sheer cliffs. They offer spectacular vantage points of landscapes and wildlife.
